CRASH COURSE WORKSHOPS
In the spirit of growing comedy and the arts in metropolitan and regional areas of Australia, we offer one-off, tailored, fun, creative Crash Course workshops to secondary school students in years 7 – 12, all year round.
The workshop can be brought to your school or performing arts venue!
Depending on the needs of your students, we can deliver a 90 minute – 2-hour workshop with a professional comedian that explores comedy writing and performance and encourages confidence, humour and creative expression.
Workshops can be delivered as part of existing wellbeing programs, and complement your school’s existing Drama, English and public speaking initiatives.
Crash Course is for students in years 7 – 12.
Group size is usually capped at 25 for a better interactive experience.
Cost: $500 + GST + travel costs (if outside a capital city).

TESTIMONIALS
'Our Comedy unit has become a highlight of the Year 9 school year for not only the students and teachers but parents and the wider community. Developing their own comedy act is a chance for our students to articulate their ideas and understandings; in effect creating their own social commentary of the world in which they live.'
Susan Cole, Melbourne Girls’ College
‘These comedy workshops make a huge difference to the students and the way they engage with the arts!’
Rianna Tatana, Stawell Secondary College
'Thanks so much for providing a rich and meaningful workshop for my students. I think it enabled many of them to see the comedic potential in themselves and in the way they experience the world.'
Melissa Leigh, Toorak College
‘How are these kids so damn good? I better enjoy the spotlight while it lasts because in a few years they will be taking my job!’
Joel Creasey, Comedian, TV Presenter, Writer
